TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO

So I think I want to take a weekend trip to San Francisco with my Tax refund.. but not sure when to go.. or what area to stay in.. I don't know anything about San Francisco hotel wise. Are there OK hotels in the CASTRO isn't that the place to be for all the dirty fun stuff to do....and this would be middle to end of February or march I think...

Last week I made a comment in a post.. that I truly didn't mean.. and I would never hope or wish what I said to actually happen.

I stated that I didn't know if the person that has been harassing and attacking me online was a family member but if they were.. that family, especially , should never attack and harass and try cover it up as caring and attempting to motivate me with their vile comments.. . I said I wish they would die a miserable death... I was frustrated and hurt.. and not sure.. WHO was doing the attacks.. .. but they led me to believe it was a family member.

I don't want anyone to die.. I don't want anyone to get hurt. That's not me.. I do lash out and don't always think about things before I say them in the heat of the moment and for that I apologize.

I found out that last week.. extended family members were hurt and one did not survive the earthquake in Haiti. I sincerely hope that everyone else is ok.. and that my family is able to get thru this ..

I am very very sorry.

For a good Variation on Sloppy Joes.

Messy Bessy's
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Can Sloppy Joe Sauce (Your choice)
1 Package Grands Refrigerated Biscuits (The big ones!)
Cheese of your choice..

Preheat oven to temperature specified on the biscuit package.
Brown ground beef in a large-ish skillet.
Add sauce and stir together.
Lay biscuits on a cookie sheet and use your fingers to slightly press in the middles, creating a bit of a bowl.
Use a tablespoon to fill these "bowls" to over-flowing with the sloppy joe mixture.
Top with a bit of cheese and bake until biscuits are done.

For a healthier Version you can use Ground Turkey and low fat cheese. It just gives a lighter taste than using bread or a hamburger bun.

POST GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY

So almost 4 years after having Gastric Bypass Surgery.. (WHICH I WOULD DO AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT) I just got some news.

I have a
Vitamin D Deficiency
Vitamin B-12
Calcium
Iron

Bad enough they had to give me a prescription for HIGH dose vitamins..

It is my fault.. I am supposed to take vitamins daily.. but you get to a point where you feel great.. and start to think.. oh I don't have to do this anymore ....well.. that's not a good idea..I honestly have not taken any vitamins in about 2 years. and it is catching up to me.

SO.. This explains why I have been feeling so tired lately , Skin has been changing, and just over all yuckyness.

TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK and feel better again.

MEATLOAF SANDWICH ON DOUGHY WHITE BREAD WITH MAYO AND 1000 ISLAND DRESSING

ok here is my recipe for my meatloaf..

3 lbs hamburger (cheapest one27% fat in the tube)
6 eggs
2 packages lipton Beefy onion Soup mix
2 sleeves Ritz crackers (for the buttery flavor)
1 bottle of any honey BBQ sauce.

Bake at 350 for 45 min

Cut a thick slice..

put mayo and 1000 island on both sides of the bread.. close it smash it and eat it..

so so good.
